1. When will my order arrive?
All orders ship for free within the U.S. and typically arrive in 5–8 business days after processing. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
2. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
If you didn’t receive it, email us at sylvenashop@gmail.com with your order number and email address, and we’ll send you the details.
3. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. We offer free return shipping and charge no restocking fees.
Final sale items are not eligible for return.

4. Do you charge for shipping?
No. We offer free standard shipping (5–8 business days) on all U.S. orders.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
6. Can I cancel or change my order?
To request a change or cancellation, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, it may already be processed and shipped.
7. What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
Please email sylvenashop@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.
8. Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently ship only within the United States.
